Can this 10L tankless water heater be used in elevation? Please ensure the water pressure is not below 0.25 bar, or that you have a good water supply in high-altitude areas. If the water pressure is low, an additional pump and 12V power supply are required.

What size are the fittings for the water inlet and outlet? The gas inlet, water inlet and outlet sizes are 1/2 BSP.

Please open the drain plug located at the bottom right of the water heater. You can do so by turning in a counter clockwise direction.
