PLEASE make sure this unit will fit your application. This unit is the SMALLEST tankless made by Stiebel Eltron. Please study the specs included in this listing. This is NOT the PLUS version which will adjust your water flow to be sure constant temp is given if incoming water is very cold.

With the coldest incoming water the worst I had to do was slow the flow just a little bit to maintain 107 degrees F which is my preferred shower temperature, but I found it worked great for that application. Florida so you need to be mindful of what your coldest incoming water temp might be.

A primary advantage of the tankless water heater, is that as long as your water flow is constant and within range, you never run out of hot water. No problem as long as 1.5 gpm is to your liking. Tankless heaters draw a lot of current all at once. Be sure your service panel can handle the extra 60 Amp breaker.

This unit requires a double pole 60 Amp breaker and 6/2 AWG wire with ground. No pressure valve on this heater with no tank. Codes vary but not necessary. Drip pan not needed either, but mount in an area you can monitor for any problems. Guaranteed to be operational when you receive it if you don't make any errors in wiring, plumbing or setup.

Follow installation instructions carefully and you won't have a problem. The installation manual is included.
