A: You dont need to connect any exhaust pipe, as the product itself has several emission holes. Q: WHERE and HOW would you connect these pipes? A: If you wish to install a pipe anyway, use a pipe with an inner diameter of 11 mm and an outer diameter of 12 mm. Q: What kind of decompression valve does it need? A: It needs one rated 2800 Pa. Q: Does this product use liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas? A: It uses liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). No worry about cold water while you are taking a shower!

With a high gas burning efficiency, the heater can provide you with maximum 12-liter hot water (not over 70) per minutes. Our hot water heater is CE certified and offers manifold protection such as overheat protection (automatically shut down over 70), low water flow protection (0.025MPa), water over pressure protection (0.8MPa), etc. If the fire is accidentally switched off, the heater will automatically stop. There are altogether 3 knobs for gas control, temperature control and summer/ winter switch. When you switch to the summer mode, the heater will shut off 1/4 fire rows and save 40% energy. This highly efficient heater lowers electricity & gas bills. Attention: Please read cautions below before using the water heater! Make sure there is good ventilation around the water heater. Do not install in confined areas with low ventilation like bathroom!
